Don't Forget To Breathe

 

Breathe and trust the skin you're in,
For you are precisely right where you need to be,
Rest in that.
Live completely in that.
Now take a second, adjust your crown, and breathe.

 

Some times we forget that we are human beings. WOMEN, warriors of the world, of our friends, our young, our family and loved ones. Sometimes we forget how soft and care FULL we need to be for ourselves. This post is a reminder for you to recognize that it's ok to not have it all together all the time. It's ok to still be in development mode. It's within that process that you grow into becoming your ultimate self. When life's pressures make you feel overwhelmed or stressed take several deep breathes (at least 3) and release that negative energy from your spirit. Breathe in life, breathe in clarity, and breathe in control. Then regroup and execute from there as needed for it's ok to be a warrior but it's also ok to take moments for self.
