Making sure you are looking beautiful and feeling beautiful are our top priorities at SG, for what good is it to look great and not feel great inside and out. This Saturday, May 23rd we are bringing back Goddess Fit w/ Shaundel B.!

Shaundel is a Certified Fitness Nutrition Exercise Coach who is motivating and extremely inspirational when working out. We love her infectious smile, upbeat personality and ability to give you easy work out routines spanding from 20 minute segments to 1 hour segments. This Saturday, May 23rd at 10AM EST, join us as Shaundel takes over our IG Live with another Goddess Fit virtual workout.
